Hotel Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Two weeks (14 days) advance written notice via email to  is required to cancel a reservation.  Unpaid Reservations cancelled before 14-days of arrival will be charged $35 cancellation fee. Deposited payment less the $35.00 cancellation fee will be credited back to the original card for Reservations cancelled before 14-days of arrival.  Full Payment is required for any reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival.  No refund or discount available to late arrival, early departure, or no show.

PET POLICY: Pets are permitted only in designated Cottages and Lodge Suites.  Please contact front Desk staff for available pet friendly units. $25 per night charge for each pet (limit two). Weight restriction: 50 pounds or less. Pet owners must register pets at check-in. All pets must be leashed while in public areas, and crated while in room. No pets are to be left unattended in rooms or vehicles parking on promises. Excessive barking may result in pet’s removal from premises. Designated pet areas are available for your pet.

SMOKING: Soap Lake Resort is a no smoking resort. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside all Hotel, Cottage, and Lodge rooms. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Full payment is required when booking online to secure the reservation – You may provide a credit card and billing information of the card to authorize the full amount be charged within two weeks of your check in date.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: Master Card, Visa, Discover and most Debit cards with PIN.

Check out — By 11:00 A.M.
We can’t guarantee that you room will be ready before 4:00 P.M. You are more than welcome to check in earlier, park your vehicle and enjoy our grounds. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm so we can make arrangements to check you in. Early check-in or late departure may be possible based on space availability and will subject to additional charges.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out fees are as follows: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. is $20/hr., non-prorated. After 1:00 p.m., guests will be charged for a full day, non- prorated, and guest is required to vacate the room. If our guests wish to use the recreational portion of property for the whole day, it is recommended that they put their belonging in their vehicles before the 11:00 a.m. check out time.

All of our room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate additional guests for a fee of $10.00  per person per night. Roll away beds can be requested for $10.00 per night.
